REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Buri Technologies, Inc. (“Buri Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) will provide refunds for our e-learning content creation services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Payment and Subscription Terms

Before Buri Technologies, Inc. begins any work under this Agreement, you agree to pay the full fees specified at the time of registration. By registering for our services through the Platform, you authorize Buri Technologies, Inc. to charge your chosen payment method (such as a credit card) for the total fees from the date of registration until your account remains active, as well as any other fees that may apply.

Payments will be collected as per the amounts and schedule specified by Buri Technologies, Inc., based on the information provided to you and as agreed upon during the registration process. If any fees are not paid on time, your account and access to our services may be suspended. You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you have the authority to use the payment method. Please promptly update your account if there are any changes, such as a new billing address or credit card expiration date.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Service Dissatisfaction If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery of the final deliverable. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction and allow us an opportunity to address your concerns.

3.2 Service Non-Delivery If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without prior notice or mutual agreement, you are eligible for a full refund.

3.3 Service Cancellation If you decide to cancel the services before we have started working on your project, you are eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of work, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund To request a refund, you must contact us at support@castlms.com within the applicable refund eligibility period. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation or evidence to support your claim.

4.2 Refund Review Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process may take up to 10 business days. We may require additional information or documentation to process your request.

4.3 Refund Approval If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Services

5.1 Completed Services Services that have been fully completed and approved by you are non-refundable.

5.2 Custom Deliverables Custom deliverables that have been specifically created for you and meet the agreed-upon specifications are non-refundable.

5.3 Third-Party Costs Any third-party costs incurred by Buri Technologies on your behalf, such as software licenses or external services, are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Mediation If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may request mediation to resolve the dispute. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party agreed upon by both parties.

6.2 Binding Arbitration If mediation does not resolve the dispute, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

7. Changes to Refund Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
